Seating Plan
Example of a seating plan for 600 plus seats highlighting seat functions:

All activites can be accessed when the seating plan is displayed on the screen. Seating plans can be easily created subject to a maximum of 2000 seat capacity. Large seating plans are displayed in 500 seat Zones. Seat categories are: Available (Grey), Allocate (Green), Reserve (Red), Sold (white border and dark grey seat). Background colours are User definable.
Advertising
The Advertisng Database contains information relating to the unique Business Card function. Sponsors details are entered into the dialog box and OvertureXP prints these details on the unused portion of Ink Jet ticket stock at random or according to user specifications. Border colour and Company font are User definable.
